Orders and Shipment

When you order an item from our webshop, your package will be delivered to the address you indicate. We would like to wish you joy of your purchase in advance!

In the event of anything going wrong or being unclear during the process of ordering and shipment, we will be glad to help out. You can click the questions to the right to view their answers.

We strive to deliver the order to your home within 3 business days.

For the shipment of your orders Eddy's cooperates with UPS. Have you missed the deliveryperson? If you have the barcode for your order, you can see what happened to your package

For the shipment of your orders Eddy's cooperates with UPS. If your order has not arrived, you can contact us and we will contact UPS to start research.

Please report the damage immediately after receipt, via webshop@eddy-s.nl or 003140 7370570 . We shall then provide a solution.

Please report the wrongly delivered item immediately after receipt, via webshop@eddy-s.nl or 040-7370570 . We shall then make certain you will receive the item you actually ordered.
