Information before you order
Of some brands that Eddy’s sells, we know that the items always fit slightly larger or smaller than common. This will be mentioned up here at ‘what size do I need?’. To avoid exchanges, please take a look at this before you order something.
Delivery and delivery costs
Most of the items in stock will be at your home within 3 working days. In case of any delivery problem, we will contact you. Eddy’s.nl delivers all webhop orders from the corporal shop stock. Due to this, it might be possible that the ordered item was just sold in the shop in Eindhoven. Meaning that we cannot deliver it to you anymore. If your item is not in stock and if no correct alternative can be sent, then you will receive a refund of the order price.
Tax rates are included in all shown selling prices. Delivery costs are not included in the selling prices. For delivery costs, we use a norm rate of €4,95, (for orders above the value of €49,95 n´o delivery costs will be counted. Unless you want the package to be delivered to a foreign country, other than The Netherlands itself. When you order from a foreign country, than the delivery costs will be calculated during the payment part of the ordering process.
You can pay for your order with:
- Ideal: Online payment with your own bank
- PayPal: Online paying with your PayPalaccount
- For Belgian customers: Bancontact/ Mister Cash: Online payment with your own bank
Trial period & returns
For your order, you have a trial period of 14 days. It is possible to look at and or fit the items you ordered of course. However, returned items always must be including all shop labels. Undamaged and in their original state attached to the item. Also, the items itself must be undamaged and must be returned inside of their original packaging. The costs for return must be paid by yourself.
Items which can not be send back are: :
• Worn, used, damaged and or washed items
• Items which are not in the original state anymore
• Items without labels and or the original packaging

Check your order directly after receiving it. If you have any complaints or if you did not receive the correct items, you must tell Eddy’s right away after you have received the delivery.
