How do I order an item?

Putting items into your shopping bag
• Click on the category of your choice in view menu of the page. Use the filter menu to refine the list of products, which will make choosing easier for you.
• After choosing the correct fit of the item you wish to order, click on the button ‘In shopping bag’.
• Continue shopping after this. Finished shopping? At the top right corner of the webpage, you will find the total amount of the items you have put into the shopping bag. Click on ‘shopping bag’ or ‘Pay’ to see which items this are.
• In the shopping bag overview, you also will see all the items you chose. Delete an item? Click on the 'close' button behind the concerning item and delete it from your shopping bag by clicking on it.
• Finished shopping? Click on the ‘continue to payment’ button on the homepage of our webshop. .

Log in, register or order without an account
• Go to ‘Log in’ at the top right corner of the webpage
• Log in directly if you are a known customer already.
• Not a known customer at Eddy’s yet? Please click on ‘Create an account’ and fill out your data. Click on ‘Send’ to confirm your registration. After your registration has been accomplished at Eddy's you will receive a confirmation by e-mail.
• Ordering without account? Go to ‘Continue to payment’ directly after you ordered. Fill out your data and click on ‘Confirm order’.

• Choose the means of payment to confirm your order to Eddy’s.

• Choose the correct means of payment by clicking on it. Clicking on ‘Order’ will confirm the order and this will put you through to the payment website of your choice.
• You can pay by iDeal and PayPal. For our Belgian customers, we offer Bancontact/Mister Cash and creditcard too. Cash

How to cancel an order?

Canceling is possible as long as the order hasn’t been accomplished yet. Check the status of your order at ‘Status’. For cancelation, please contact us or call us at 0031-40 73 70 570.


The item is not available anymore, now what?

Usually, all the items shown on Eddy’s webshop are available right away. Unfortunately, it very rarely happens that an item seems not to be available after ordering. If so, Eddy’s will apply the refund payment for the total amount of the order. Including possible delivery costs and, within 10 working days the refund will be back on your account. You can find more information about refunds at ‘Exchange and return’.

What means of payment does Eddy’s offer?

Eddy’s offers several methods of payment, all free in use. Using the internet banking method iDeal is the easiest and fastest way to make your payment. Of course, you can also use PayPal and for Belgian customers, Eddy’s has Bancontact/Mister Cash available.


Is it safe to send my payment data to Eddy’s?

Your payment will be transferred via a secured SSL-server. You can recognize a saved SSL-server at the closed and green padlock icon in front of the website URL address.


Do I have to pay delivery costs?  

For orders which can be delivered within The Netherlands Eddy’s counts € 4,95 or €5,95 delivery costs per order. Orders above the amount of € 49,95 will be delivered for free to any address within The Netherlands. But, Eddy’s delivers its items all over the world! Check the webpage ‘Delivery costs’ and find out what your costs will become.

What is the time of delivery?

We aspire delivery of the items you ordered as soon as possible. Usually, this will be within 3 working days after ordering.

• Online orders sent from Eddy’s before 8 p.m. will be transported by UPS on the same day. Your order will arrive at your address the next day already. Sundays excluded. Eddy's cooperates with UPS for the postal deliveries of online orders. Keep in mind that due to the fact that preparing your order takes some time at Eddy’s your order will leave the warehouse a bit later than you ordered it. The confirmation e-mail you receive from Eddy’s about the delivery will let you know that your order is actually on its way towards you. If you are not at home during the time of delivery, you can track your package on the website of UPS.

I do live abroad, can my package be delivered at home anyway?

Eddy’s clothing and items are being delivered all over the world. Please check the listed countries at the page ‘Delivery costs’. Is your country on the list? Than Eddy’s will deliver at all addresses within your country. You will also find the delivery costs for deliveries abroad. For deliveries within The Netherlands, we always count an amount of € 4,95 of €5,95 delivery costs for each order. When you order has a value above € 49,95 Eddy’s will deliver your order within The Netherlands for free.

Can ordered items be returned?

You are free to fit the items you ordered at home. Are you not completely satisfied? Because the size or color appears to be not as you expected it to be? Almost every item from Eddy’s can be returned. Price reduced items included. After delivery, it is allowed to return items within 14 days. Returned items should be in perfect condition and still include all original and secured shop labels. The item must be sent back in the original and undamaged packaging. Make sure the item you return is: unused, unwashed and undamaged. If not, Eddy’s cannot accept it for return.
What items cannot be returned to Eddy’s?:
•Used, damaged or washed items
• Items which are not in their authentic condition
• Items without secured shop labels or items lacking the original and undamaged packaging
• Lingerie and underwear
• Jewelry

How to return products?

Eddy’s will only accept returns for which our instructions have been accomplished exactly as mentioned. Feel free to return the item by yourself to our shop in Eindhoven too. The shop address you will find at the page ‘Shop’. Refunds in cash for the return can unfortunately not be done.


Can I exchange my item?

It is possible to exchange the item you ordered for one in another size of color for example. Please contact Eddy’s for this via


What does it cost to return an item?

When you return an item, you are responsible for the costs of this. If you send the package without enough stamping, we cannot except it. Returning the package to the shop in Eindhoven itself is obviously without postal costs.


When do I receive a refund?

As soon as the item has been returned and accepted you will receive a confirmation by e-mail. The refund without return costs will be deposited at your bank account within 10 days after your return arrived at Eddy’s. The bank account used to deposit the refund will be the same account as the one that has been used to pay the order. This can be a regular bank account as well as a credit card account. Due to the time, it takes to accomplish bank exchanges it might take a while before you actually receive the amount on your bank account. If you return the item to our shop in Eindhoven itself, you also will receive the refund to the ordering bank account. It is not possible to get the refund in cash inside the shop.

Do I get any kind of guarantee on items from Eddy’s?

Of course, we always try to make sure you only receive best quality items from Eddy’s. But, if in unexpected circumstances something Eddy’s delivered is damaged anyway, you will get premises without a doubt. Please contact Eddy’s via and we will do everything necessary to solve the problem for you.

What do I do if I received an incorrect item?

All orders Eddy’s receives will naturally be taken the greatest care of. Unfortunately, it very rarely is still possible you receive an incorrect item. In this case, please contact Eddy’s via and we will achieve everything possible to get the problem solved.


I have received a damaged item.

All items leaving our warehouse should be in the best possible condition. However, it sometimes happens that items get damaged during the postal transportation. In case you receive a damaged item, please contact Eddy’s immediately after you received the package and report the damage to us via We will offer you the best possible solution afterward.

How do I get an account at Eddy’s?

Go to our homepage and find the button ‘Log in’ on the right side of the address bar. Choose the option ‘create account’ and fill out your data in the next window. Click ‘Send’ to accomplish your account. After the accomplishment, you will receive an e-mail from Eddy’s to confirm your account. We will handle your personal data with greatest care and data will certainly not be sold or given to others than Eddy's. Unless specifically indicated so. Shop easily at Eddy’s by logging in at every visit you pay to our website. To achieve this, click on the button ‘Log in’. You will find this at the right top end of the dark-colored address bar on our ‘Homepage’. Fill out your e-mail address and password to log in. Shopping without logging in is possible too of course. If you decide to order anything, please log in when you actually are going to order items from Eddy’s.


What are the benefits of an account at

With an account, you will get a personal page. This page will show all your recent activities. You can check your orders, fix your invoice and delivery addresses and easily change your account data. Get yourself a subscription to our newsletters to never miss anything new anymore. Or create your own, personal wish list which you can check out and fulfill afterward.


How to change the details of my account?

After logging in you will be able to change your account data. Go to the ‘account details’ which will automatically open after logging in. Or you choose for the option ‘Account details’ in the menu at the left side of the page. Now you get to see a list with red-brown colored links which you can choose from and click on to change your details. In the same menu on the left side, you can choose any other category to change specific data.


How can I delete all my data?
